The Transplant Epidemiology Group (TrEG) uses epidemiological and biostatistical expertise to increase and improve organ Transplantation.

TrEG uses a systematic approach to evidence to identify research questions, apply these to available data and use novel epidemiological techniques to answers these questions. This evidence is then used to turn these answers into practice changing action and improve the lives of those requiring organ transplantation.

The Transplant Epidemiology Group comes under the umbrella of the Australia and New Zealand Dialysis and Transplant (ANZDATA) Registry which is based in the South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute.
